David Brown is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Urban Brands. He began his career at R.H. Macy's & Co. and grew with the company to the position of Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Brown developed expertise in Executive Search with Korn Ferry International, and Pen James & Associates, before co-founding, and serving as Managing Director of the executive search firm Bridge Partners from 1994 to 2006. Brown serves on the board of Directors of Zale Corporation, Hanover Direct, and Selective Insurance Group. He is an active member of several community and scholastic boards, including the board of trustees of Morristown Memorial Hospital, and Drew University. He received a BS degree from Monmouth University.
