James H Huntsman

A lawsuit that James Huntsman filed in 2021 accusing the Mormon Church of fraud initially was rejected by a federal judge but was revived a fin August 2023. A federal appeals court panel voted 2-1 that jurors should hear Huntsman’s argument and his demand for a refund of $5 million minimum of his past contributions to the church. James H. Huntsman is Division President, Advanced Materials. Mr. Huntsman was appointed to this position in July 2011. Prior to that time, Mr.Huntsman served as Vice President of Huntsman Advanced Materials, Americas Region since February 2009 and before that Vice President, US Base Chemicals and Polymers. He joined Huntsman in 1990 and has held a series of increasingly responsible manufacturing and commercial roles within a number of Huntsman divisions.
