Stefan A Baustert

Mr. Baustert is a member of the Managing Board of Singulus Technologies AG (optical storage media) ("Singulus") and became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Singulus in 2007. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Baustert was the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Singulus. From 1997 to 2002, he was the CFO and a member of the Managing Board of E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH & Co. KG (mobile communications equipment and services). Mr. Baustert is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hama Tech AG (an electronics company).
