Mr. Harris has been Chairman of the Board since 1996. Since 2000, he has been Chairman of Harris Holdings, Inc. (investments) and a Senior Executive at Chicago Metropolis 2020 (civic organization). Mr. Harris is also a director of Alberto-Culver Co. (a health and beauty products company).
