KENNETH D. LEWIS (60), Chief Executive Officer and President, Bank of America Corporation, Charlotte, North Carolina. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since April 2001, President since July 2004 and Chairman since February 2005. Previously, he served as Bank of America's Chief Operating Officer from October 1999 to April 2001. He was the Chairman of the Board from April 2001 until April 2009, when shareholders voted to split the positions of Chairman and President/CEO. He has been a director of the Corporation since 1999 and is a member of the Executive Committee.
