James D. Woods is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of CONEMSCO, a distributor of oilfield equipment and supplies in North America with revenues of approximately $3.7 billion. Prior to joining CONEMSCO in 1997, Woods was Chairman, President and CEO of Baker Hughes, Inc., a leader in oilfield services, positions he had held since 1989. He is on several other corporate boards, including Kroger Corporation, Varco International, Inc. and Wynn's International, Inc.
