Elliott Schulder has extensive experience briefing and arguing motions and appeals in federal and state courts. He has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including policyholders in insurance coverage suits, chemical companies in environmental and mass tort actions and numerous clients in commercial contractual disputes. As an Assistant to the Solicitor General, Mr. Schulder argued eleven cases (and briefed numerous others) in the Supreme Court of the United States.
