Scott Shleifer

Scott Louis Shleifer is a Partner at Tiger Global Management LLC. He heads the firm’s public equity business as well as a portfolio manager of the firm's private equity business. Mr. Shleifer co-runs the firm's venture-growth business. He serves as Managing Director of Tiger Technology Management, L.L.C. and focusing primarily on investments in the internet, for-profit education, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Tiger Global in July 2002, Mr. Shleifer was a private equity investor at The Blackstone Group. He sits on the Board of Directors of PRC.EDU. Mr. Shleifer is a Member of the Wharton School's Undergraduate Executive Board and serves on the Board of Directors of the Tiger Foundation. He served as a Director of Spark Networks, Inc. (alternate name, Spark Networks Plc) from December 2004 to September 2006. Mr. Shleifer received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
