Mark H. Lynch is Co-Chair of the firm's Pharmaceutical Litigation and Government Investigations Group. He has tried cases and argued appeals involving a wide variety of civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts throughout the country, including the US Supreme Court. In recent years, his practice has focused on representation of pharmaceutical manufacturers in complex, multi-district civil litigation involving parallel state and federal proceedings which are often triggered by government investigations. Mr. Lynch has defended major pharmaceutical companies in class actions challenging pricing practices and in nationwide product liability litigation. He has experience in various types of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty cases, RICO, grand jury investigations, internal corporate investigations, and product liability litigation. Mr. Lynch has served as a member and chair of the DC Bar's Committee on Legal Ethics. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for over a decade, most recently in commercial litigation and product liability, and he also was recently ranked as a leading lawyer in pharmaceutical fraud and abuse investigations by PLC.
