Since Lauer was embroiled in controversy, the former anchor has offloaded several properties, including his New York City apartment that sold for over $7 million in 2018. Lauer still owns a 25-acre Sag Harbor country estate which he also attempted to sell for $12.75 million in 2019. He is also listing his Hamptons estate yet again after it has glided on and off the market in the past several years without a buyer. But the “Today Show” host is not budging on the price, listing the 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom home for a whopping $43.995 million. His former wife Annette Roque will keep Bright Side Farm, their 47 ½-acre horse farm in nearby Water Mill, which they bought for $3.5 million in 2012. The two finalized their divorce on Sept. 6, 2019.
