Frank was a veteran financial services executive with broad-ranging financial services experiences with national and international viewpoints. His career highlights include serving as the Chairman, President, and CEO of Allfirst Financial, Inc., MNC Financial, Inc., Maryland National Bank, American Security Bank, and Virginia Federal Savings Bank. He also served as the Executive Vice Chairman and an Advisor to the Executive Committee of MBNA Corporation during the merger with Bank of America. After the merger in 2006, he remained a part of the Bank of America Board of Directors. He was an emeritus member of the Board of Visitors of Towson University. FRANK P. BRAMBLE, SR. He served as an advisor to the Executive Committee of MBNA Corporation, a financial services company, from April 2005 to December 2005 when it was acquired by the Corporation. Prior to that time, he had served as Vice Chairman of MBNA from July 2002 to April 2005. He also served as a director of Allfirst Financial, Inc. and Allfirst Bank from April 1994 to May 2002, and from December 1999 to May 2002 as Chairman of the Board. He is survived by his wife, Maggie, brother, William Bramble, Jr., six children including Ryan, Gregory, his son-in-law, Joseph Kozlowski, and his grandchildren.
