Dr. Lawson is the founder and Chairman of Lawson Associates, Inc., a New York-based fundraising management consulting firm, that advises non-profit organizations concerning the creation and operation of fundraising campaigns and training programs throughout the United States. He is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Virginia and also has a Bachelor of Divinity degree from Drew University and a Ph.D. degree from Duke University.
