McCluskey joined Warnaco in 2004 as group president of intimate apparel, became COO in 2010, president and CEO in 2012, and continued to served in that position until the company was acquired by PVH Corp. (formerly Philips-Van Heusen Corp.) in 2013. She currently serves on the boards of Dean Foods Co, Avon Products Inc., and Signet Jewelers Ltd.
