Judy L Brown

In 2017, Judy L. Brown, resigned to take an executive position with pharmaceutical industry giant Amgen Inc. Brown had been with Perrigo for 11 years. Ms. Brown has served as Executive Vice President, Business Operations & the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Perrigo Company plc (NYSE & Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: PRGO) since May 2016. Judy Brown was appointed to the Perrigo Board in February 2008. Since July 2006, she has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Perrigo Company ("Perrigo"). Ms. Brown joined Perrigo in September 2004 as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Previously, Ms. Brown held various senior positions in finance and operations at Whirlpool Corporation from 1998 to August 2004. Before joining Whirlpool, she worked as an expatriate in Germany for Ernst & Young in their audit and M&A practices. Ms. Brown is a CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
