Michael F O Harris

Michael F.O. Harris has been a director of the Company since 1985. From 1982 to 2003, Mr. Harris was a Managing Director of The Northern Group, Inc., which acted as Managing General Partner of various investment partnerships that owned several manufacturing companies. Mr. Harris received a B.S. degree from Yale University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.
