Mr. Gary L. Crittenden is a Managing Director at Huntsman Gay Global Capital, LLC. He joined the firm on July 9, 2009. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Citigroup Inc. from March 12, 2007 to March 2009. Mr. Crittenden was responsible for the financial management of Citigroup, in addition to Strategy & M&A and Productivity & Reengineering. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Crittenden served as Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company from June 2000 ... to February 25, 2007, its Executive Vice President since June 2000 and also as its Head of Global Network Services since June 2005. Prior to American Express, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Pharmacia Corporation (formerly Monsanto and Sears, Roebuck & Company) from September 1998 to May 2000. Mr. Crittenden began his career in consulting at Bain & Company, an international management consulting firm, working on a range of strategic projects in the US and Europe. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1997 to 1998 and also as President of the Hardware Stores division since 1997 and Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Crittenden served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Melville Corp. since 1994. He has been Chairman and Director of Nikko Citi Holdings, a subsidiary company of Citigroup, Inc. since March 2009. Mr. Crittenden serves as Director of Utah Capital Investment Corp. He served as Director of Staples Inc. from March 3, 2004 to September 11, 2007, The TJX Companies Inc. from 2000 to January 24, 2007 and Ryerson Inc. (formerly Ryerson Tull Inc.) since 1999. Mr. Crittenden graduated with a B.S. degree in Management from Brigham Young University in 1976 and with an M.B.A from Harvard Business School in 1979.
