Mr. Bible is a partner in the firm's Gaming practice group. He advises clients on all aspects of gaming law. Mr. Bible conducts due diligence investigations for business entities which are considering entering the American gaming market. He also advises borrowers and lenders with respect to Nevada's anti-deficiency statutes application to multi-state mortgages and deeds of trust. Mr. Bible has is in the 2011 edition of Chambers USA America’s Leading Business Lawyers, by Chambers and Partners Publishers, in the category of Gaming and Licensing. Mr. Bible served in the U.S. Army with the Judge Advocate General’s Corps and is a veteran of the Vietnam conflict.
