Prior to joining Oil States, Mr. Dodson held various positions at L.E. Simmons & Associates, a private equity firm specializing in oilfield service investments, and worked in the mergers and acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Dodson holds a M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in economics from Duke University.
