Christopher E Cragg

Christopher E. Cragg joined the company in 2001 and is now Senior VP of Operations. Prior to this he was VP of Tubular Services. Before Oil States, Mr. Cragg was Executive VP, CFO and then President of Sooner Inc., a predecessor of our company. He came to Sooner from Ocean Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, where he was VP and Controller. Previously Mr. Cragg served as Manager of Internal Audit with Cooper Industries, a diversified product manufacturer, and as a senior manager with Price Waterhouse, a public accounting firm. He holds a B.B.A. from Southwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
