Brian D. Jellison has been Roper's Chairman since 2003 and started with Roper in 2001 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Roper, Mr. Jellison served as Corporate Executive Vice President at Ingersoll-Rand, a global diversified industrial company. During his 26-year career with Ingersoll-Rand, Mr. Jellison served in a variety of senior level positions and assumed the principal responsibility for completing and integrating a variety of public and private new business acquisitions. Brian Jellison graduated from Indiana University in 1968. His family’s foundation, the Brian and Shelia Jellison Family Foundationdonated $16 million to the Kelley School of Business in 2020. Brian Jellison died in 2018.
