George Efstathakis

George joined Promontory from Ernst and Young's regulatory practice. Prior to Ernst & Young, George spent eight years with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, where he held a variety of senior positions. At the authority, George was responsible for leading the assessment team for quantitative operational-risk models implemented by deposit-taking institutions under the Basel II framework. He also held senior roles in APRA's on-site review and analysis area, focusing on market-risk and trading-risk models.
