(7) The holdings include 6,300 shares which Mr. Hanneman has the right to acquire through the exercise of options under the Option Plan and 208 shares attributable to his 2007 grant under the RSUP. The remaining RSUP grants will not vest because of his resignation from the Board in March 2008. The holdings also include 3,973 shares over which he has shared voting and investment control with his spouse through a family trust.
