Board Committees: Audit (Chair), Compensation. Mr. Gardner obtained his degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1963 and was employed by Deloitte & Touche in its Los Angeles and Phoenix offices until his retirement in 2000. As an audit partner for 27 years, he served clients in various industries and in several management capacities including Professional Practice Director for the Los Angeles area offices. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been active in numerous civic, educational and charitable boards.
