Prior to joining Promontory, Alice was a Director at BITS, the technology arm of the Financial Services Roundtable, an industry group representing chief executive officers of the largest financial institutions. In that role, Alice led several industry initiatives in the payments and electronic banking area. Alice also served at the Federal Reserve Board as Special Assistant to Vice Chair Alice M. Rivlin, where she advised in the review of a wide range of banking issues, including regulatory proposals, bank applications and enforcement actions, and Federal Reserve initiatives on the payments system. Alice also worked in the Bank Supervision and Regulation Division of the Federal Reserve Board, and as the lead analyst of banking issues at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
