Erica Bovenzi

Erica joined Promontory following a distinguished 30-year career in government, having most recently served 15 years as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She was previously Deputy General Counsel of the Resolution Trust Corporation until the agency completed its mission and closed in 1995. Erica served as the Deputy Counsel to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for drug abuse policy and held various positions at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Federal Labor Relations Authority. She also served as the Vice Chair for the U.S. Attorney General's Alternative Dispute Resolution Council, providing advice and guidance on the implementation of effective ADR programs in the federal government.
