Mr. Mitarotonda is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Barington Capital Group, L.P., an investment firm that he co-founded in 1991. Mr. Mitarotonda served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dynabazaar, Inc. from May 2006 until April 2007 and January 2004 until December 2004. Mr. Mitarotonda also served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman LQ Corporation, Inc. from April 2003 until May 2004 and as its sole Chief Executive Officer from May 2004 until October 2004. Mr. Mitarotonda serves as a director of A. Schulman, Inc. and Griffon Corporation. Each of Messrs. Mitarotonda, Reid, White and Williams was originally appointed to the Board pursuant to the terms of an agreement between the Company and a group of investors led by Barington Capital Group, L.P.
