Mark A Bertelsen

Mr. Bertelsen joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in 1972 and was the firm?s managing partner from 1990 to 1996. He received his law degree (J.D.) from the University of California Berkeley School of Law in 1969, and a B.A. in political science from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1966. Mr. Bertelsen is a member of the executive committee of the U.C. Santa Barbara Foundation and served as its chair from 2001 to 2003. He also serves on the Dean?s Cabinet of the College of Engineering and on the Director?s Council of the Institute of Energy Efficiency of the University of California Santa Barbara. Mr. Bertelsen also served on the boards of directors of Autodesk, Inc. and Taleo Corporation during the past five years.
