Augustus K Oliver

Managing Member, Oliver Press Partners, LLC, Mr. Oliver has been a Managing Member of Oliver Press Partners, LLC, an investment advisor, since 2005. Mr. Oliver also has been a Senior Managing Director of WaterView Advisors LLC, a private equity investment firm, since 1999. Mr. Oliver is the grandson of a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Scholastic Inc. He is a director of Comverse Technology Inc. and the Phoenix Companies, Inc. He was a director of Emageon, Inc. until April 4, 2009, when it became a private company. Gus is a graduate of Yale University and American University Law School. He began his career as a lawyer with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, becoming a partner in 1983.
