M. BERNARD PUCKETT. Mr. Puckett has served as a Director of IMS since June 1998. From August 2002 until September 2007, Mr. Puckett served as Chairman of the Board of Openwave Systems, Inc. Mr. Puckett has been a private investor since January 1996. He previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Telecommunication Technologies Corporation, a telecommunications firm, from May 1995 until January 1996. In addition, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of that firm from January 1994 until May 1995. Mr. Puckett also serves as a director of Direct Insite Corporation and Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc.
