Mr. LeBlanc retired in March 2003 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Handy & Harman, a diversified industrial manufacturer, and as Executive Vice President and Director of Handy & Harman's parent company, WHX Corporation. Prior to joining Handy & Harman in 1996, he was Executive Vice President of Elf Atochem North America, a specialty chemicals company. He is a Member of the Board of Advisors of Jetera, LLC, a precision media company, and is a Director of the Connecticut chapter of The National Association of Corporate Directors. He became a Director of Church & Dwight in 1998, is a member of the Audit Committee of the Board and is the Chairperson of the Compensation & Organization Committee of the Board. Current Term Expires in 2009.
