Mr. Leaman retired in 1995 as President and Chief Executive Officer of S. D. Warren Company, a producer of coated printing and publishing papers. From 1991 through 1994, he was Vice Chairman of Scott Paper Company. He is a Director of Stonebridge Financial Corporation, a financial holding company, and its bank subsidiary, Stonebridge Bank. He also serves on the Board of Elwyn, Inc., a non-profit human services organization. He has been a Director of Church & Dwight since 1985, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board and serves as Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board.
