Katharine L. Plourde was a principal and analyst at the investment banking firm of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc., New York, New York until November 1997. Since that time, she has engaged in private investing and is currently serving on the board of one private corporation. Since February 2002, she has also served on the board of OM Group Inc. Ms. Plourde has been a director of the Company since 1995.
