Mr. Kist was Chairman of ING Groep N.V ("ING Group"), a financial services company, from 2000 to his retirement in June 2004. Before serving as Chairman of ING Group, Mr. Kist was Vice Chairman from 1999 to 2000 and served as a member of the Executive Board from 1993 to 1999.
