Mr. Meany served for six years as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Bush Boake Allen Inc., which was acquired by IFF in November 2000. He previously spent 15 years with Union Camp Corporation in positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Meany holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College and graduated with honors from Seton Hall University School of Law. He and his wife Patti have three grown children and reside in Glen Rock, New Jersey.
