Mr. Gunning is the former Vice Chairman of Cleveland-Cliffs Inc (an iron ore and coal mining company), a position he held from April 2001 until his retirement May 31, 2007. Effective June 1, 2007, Mr. Gunning became a consultant for Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.
