J. Timothy McGinley has been a director of Indiana Energy or the Company since January 1999. Mr. McGinley is a principal of House Investments, Inc., a real estate investment company. He is also a director of Waterfield L.L.C., and he is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University.
