R. Daniel Sadlier was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in 2003. Mr. Sadlier is Chair of the Board of Directors of Fifth Third Bank (Western Ohio). He is also the Chair of the Board of Directors of Premier Health Care Services, Inc.
