Mr. Cobb has served as a business consultant and strategic advisor for a number of companies since 1996. He spent 32 years as a practicing certified public accountant for KPMG, LLP, including as the National Managing Partner – Financial Services and as a senior member of the firm’s management committee. Mr. Cobb was vice chairman and chief executive officer of Alamo Rent-a-Car, Inc. from 1995 until 1996. Mr. Cobb is currently a director of the Wayne Huizenga Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. He completed a six-year term on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Miami Branch in 2002. Mr. Cobb served as a director of BBX Capital Corporation from 2003 until 2013, and of BFC Financial Corporation from 2004 until 2013. Mr. Cobb holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
