RONALD D. BROWN - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Milacron Inc. Mr. Brown has been a director of our company since 2001. He is the Chairperson of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Personnel and Compensation Committee of the Board. Mr. Brown became chairman and chief executive officer of Milacron Inc. in 2001. He previously was president and chief operating officer from 1999 through 2001. He joined Milacron Inc. in 1980. Milacron is a global leader in plastic-processing and metalworking fluid technologies. Mr. Brown is a director of Milacron Inc.
