Joseph R. Gregory, also known as Joe, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gregory Management Co., LLC. Mr. Gregory has been Chairman of Epic Secure Solutions (Holding company of Bsecure Technologies, Inc.) since 2004 and its President and Chief Executive Officer since December 2005. He is a Founding Partner in the new investment banking firm of Ashcroft, Sekulow & Gregory, which includes the former United States Attorney General John Ashcroft and Bishop T.D. Jakes of Affinity4. Mr. Gregory served as President of Monarch Pharmaceuticals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of King Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 1994 to February 28, 2003, Chief Operating Officer until February 28, 2003 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded King Pharmaceuticals LLC in 1993. Prior to joining King, Mr. Gregory served as Chief Operating Officer of General Injectables and Vaccines, Inc. from 1987 to 1994 and also served as the President of Insource/Williams, Inc., a GIV subsidiary, from 1989 to 1994. He served as President of The Buying Group Network/A Service of Pharmacist Shared Services. He co-founded the Family Foundation, Kingsway Charities in 1994 to provide International Medical Missions teams with needed medications and medical supplies. He is the Founder of the NRA’s Ring of Freedom Foundation where he serves as its Chairman. He serves as the Chairman of BN Media, LLC. He co-founded and served as its Vice Chairman of Operations for the Board from February 2000 to February 28, 2003. Mr. Gregory serves as Chairman of Bsafe Online, and Beliefnet, Inc. He has been a Director of Adams Golf Inc. since November 5, 2007. He serves as a Director of Bsecure Technologies, Inc. He serves as Director of JDS Pharmaceuticals, LLC and JDS Therapeutics, LLC. He served as a Director of Noven Therapeutics, LLC. He chairs the Sullivan County, Tennessee Economic Development Partnership. He is the Co-Chairman of the Gregory School of Pharmacy Advisory Council. He has been a Gold Circle member of the Council for National Policy for the past 12 years. Mr. Gregory serves on the Board of Trustees of Palm Beach Atlantic University. He and his wife Cindy run a private charitable foundation called The Master's Table focusing on Children's Ministries. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1977. He completed courses towards his MBA at American University's KOGOD College of Business.
