Rayford K. Williamson. Mr. Williamson is 82 years old and has served as a director of PCA since February 2000. Prior to his retirement in 1998, Mr. Williamson served as Senior Vice President of B E & K, Inc., a construction and engineering consulting firm, from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that time, Mr. Williamson was President of B E & K Engineering Company from 1989 to 1995 and Vice President of B E & K Engineering Company from 1985 to 1989.
