Stephen P. Murray has been a director since December 2005. Mr. Murray is President and Chief Executive Officer of CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, a private equity firm formed in August 2006 by the former buyout/growth equity investment team of JPMorgan Partners. Mr. Murray joined the firm in 1989 and stayed with CCMP as it went through several major changes in ownership, until it eventually became a stand-alone firm in 2006. CCMP’s roots date back to the early 1980s, starting with Chemical Venture Partners, a division of Chemical Bank. A merger between bank holding company Manufacturers Hanover Corp. and Chemical Bank brought together Chemical Venture Partners and MH Capital Partners. After Chemical Bank merged with Chase Manhattan Bank, and Chase became part of J.P. Morgan & Co., the buyout business became known as J.P. Morgan Partners. In 2005, Mr. Murray became head of the buyout business at J.P. Morgan Partners, and continued leading the firm through its 2006 spin out. Prior to joining JPMorgan Partners in 1989, Mr. Murray served as a Vice President with the Middle-Market Lending Division of Manufacturers Hanover. Mr. Murray also serves as a director of several other companies, including AMC Entertainment Inc., Aramark Corporation, Caremore Medical Enterprises, Generac Power Systems, Jetro Holdings, Quiznos Sub, Strongwood Insurance, Noble Environment Power, and Warner Chilcott Limited.
