THERESA A. HAVELL has been a director of the Company since April 2004. She has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Havell Capital Management LLC (a money management company) since 1996. Prior to 1996, Ms. Havell was a Partner, Member of Executive Committee, Director and Chief Investment Officer of the Fixed Income Group of NeubergerBerman.
