Mr. Bramanti is a director and, since November 2006, has served as Chief Executive Officer of HCC. Mr. Bramanti has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. Prior to his becoming CEO, Mr. Bramanti had been retired from his position as an Executive Vice President of HCC since 2001. From 1980 until his retirement, he served HCC in various capacities, including director, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and interim President. Mr. Bramanti is a member of our Investment and Finance Committee and also serves as a director and officer of several of our subsidiaries.
