Michael Benjamin is a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets Group. He has worked on numerous domestic and international debt and equity securities offerings, including SEC-registered offerings, private placements under Rule 144A and Regulation S, shelf offerings, tender offers and exchange offers. Mr. Benjamin also has experience advising domestic and international issuers on their ongoing compliance obligations under U.S. securities laws, including the drafting of Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
