Mr. Dickerson is an attorney. Mr. Dickerson is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, a position he assumed in March 2007. He is the Chairman of our Compensation Committee and a member of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Since 1981, Mr. Dickerson has served as a director of HCC, its predecessors or its subsidiaries.
