Samuel H Armacost

Mr. Armacost has been Chairman of SRI International, formerly Stanford Research Institute, an independent research, technology development and commercialization organization, since 1998. Prior Positions Held: Mr. Armacost was a Managing Director of Weiss, Peck & Greer L.L.C. from 1990 until 1998. He was Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets from 1987 until 1990. He was President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of BankAmerica Corporation from 1981 until 1986.
