Mr. Hilpert has been a director of the Company since 2004. From 2004 to February 2006, he was Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Footstar, Inc., a footwear retailer that filed under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in 2004. Prior to joining Footstar, he was Chief Executive Officer.
