Ronald W Hovsepian

Mr. Hovsepian has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors since 2005 and has been a director of the Company since 1998. Mr. Hovsepian has been a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Novell, Inc. ("Novell"), a technology company, since 2006. Previously at Novell, he was President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2005, Executive Vice President and President, Global Field Operations since May 2005 and President, North America from 2003 until then. During 2002, Mr. Hovsepian was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns Asset Management, a technology venture capital fund. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Hovsepian was a Managing Director of Internet Capital Group, a venture capital firm.
