Mr. Cantrell has been a director of the Company since 1998. He was Chief Executive Officer of Lanier WorldWide, Inc., a supplier of automated office imaging equipment and systems from 1987 to 2001, and Chairman of its Board of Directors from 1999 to 2001. Since 2007, Mr. Cantrell has been a member of the Board of Directors of Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc., a real estate investment trust.
